Before working with the Guardant dongles you need to download the Guardant Software Development Kit (SDK) from the website https://www.guardant.com/support/download/sdk/ and purchase any dongle, or obtain a boxed kit with one copy of the selected model dongle included.
The Guardant SDK allows a developer to program the dongles and embed protection modules in the application. The boxed version of the Guardant SDK is differentiated from the downloadable version only by the presence of one dongle and a copy of the printed manual.
