Algorithm counter is a special 4-byte field included into algorithm descriptor. The counter is normally used for limiting the number of algorithm runs and also in counter-dependent algorithm modes.
Counter value entry field becomes available while using Depends on counter or With counter decrement flags. It is located in the top right corner of the dialog box. The numerical system is set next to the entry field.
